The luxury residential complex is located in the northern suburbs of Athens in a quiet residential area. In the wider area and near the plot is the Papagou grove, the Papagou garden theater, organized sport facilities, school units and hospital complexes.

The study includes six independent residencies of different sizes, layouts and accesses, all developed in a single building complex. In more detail, two apartments of two levels, one three-level apartment and three flat apartments are created. The existence of six completely separate residencies, of different dimensions and of distinct private expansion spaces that do not share the same typological layout was a prerequisite of the design concept.
