The new building consists of two separate houses with outdoor spaces opposite the two main facades of the building and also underground parking and storage spaces. Residence A includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that extend in 2 floors and an attic. Residence B has a similar vertical layout but distinct differences in the interior arrangement from residence A and includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The structure preserves the scale of the surrounding buildings and has the characteristic sloping roof of the area of Gerakas.
