The architectural study refers to the construction of a new apartment building near the High Court and just a kilometer away from the center of Ampelokipi and its metro station. The new building will include seven independent houses: six floor apartments of 85 sqm each (1st - 6^th floor) and one loft of 110 sqm (7^th - 8^th floor).

The design concept of the structure follows a contemporary approach, while at the same time helps in the buildings’ adaptation to the existing topography and surrounding properties. The center of Athens is long suffering by the constantly growing urban development and our work evolves around an effort of conscious design. An example of that is the planning of a green roof that increases the urban greens’ percentage.
