For the renovation of the installation site for the new linear accelerator at “Agios Savvas” Hospital, the following tasks have been carried out:

• Dismantling and removal of all unnecessary materials
• Elaboration of a new structural study for the reinforcement of the new floor slab
• Construction of a special floor base to host the new machine
• Construction of new plasterboard walls
• Installation of special metal radiation protection doors
• Installation of an automatic mechanism for opening the central entrance door of the linear accelerator room
• Installation of antistatic pvc floors of excellent quality
• Installation of veneer wood paneling in the interior walls of the linear accelerator room
• Construction of a special wooden auxiliary cabinet
• Construction of a lacquered railing according to the study
• Execution of additional electromechanical works according to the needs of the site and its machinery
• Installation of updated air-conditioning and ventilation systems
• Perform paintwork according to the new layout of the space
