The study refers to the construction of a new office building in the area of Psychiko that will act as an extension of the existing office building of the firm. An important element of the architectural concept is the solar atrium around which the whole building evolves and that plays an important role in enhancing the space’s natural lighting and ventilation.

The façade design takes inspiration from the existing buildings’ morphology with a modern architectural approach, while the green roof and the suitable vegetation of the open space amplify the buildings’ microclimate, making it more sustainable and user friendly.
