For the preparation of the installation sites of the new MRI scanner at Aretaeion Hospital, the following tasks have been carried out:

• Dismantling and removal of all unnecessary materials
• Installation of antistatic pvc floors of excellent quality
• Construction of new plasterboard suspended ceilings
• Construction of new plasterboard walls
• Restoration of existing walls
• Installation of special metal radiation protection doors
• Placing of new amagnetic furniture in the control room
• Elaboration of new structural study for the placement of the MRI scanner
• Construction of a special floor base to host the new machine
• Construction of a new access ramp towards the technical and the control room
• Installation of sound insulation on ceilings
• Installation of new wooden doors
• Conduct of extra electromechanical work based on the space needs
• Perform paintwork according to the new layout of the space
